Production and Processing Assistance

The Mission Mountain Food Enterprise Center provides technical expertise to clients using our facility. Our staff is trained to give guidance in equipment usage and operation, provide assistance in meeting the food safety requirements of the facility and offer expertise in production line setup and methods of processing. Our staff are available to clients, on a hourly rate, to assist in processing if pre-arranged. Please contact us for more information on this service.
